To further assist you with your concerns while you are in the comfort of your homes, we would like to encourage you to reach out to our online helpdesk team through the Southville Online Support Center. Please refer to the infographic below.
- Type support.southville.edu.ph in the search engine or click this link: https://southville.edu.ph/support/
- Once you land at the dashboard, there are two ways you can contact our support team:
a. Live Chat (at the lower right corner)
b. Via Email - by clicking Create New Ticket (green button)
The Live Chat option provides instant information in a few clicks attended by a Southville agent. Click the message button for the chatbox to pop-up.
- Another option is to Create New Ticket for more detailed concerns and longer discussions via email. Upon clicking the green button, you will be presented with an online form.
Step 1: Select a Help Topic
Step 2: Provide your information using your SGEN email address.
Step 3: Type the summary of your concern followed by the complete details.
Step 4: Click Create Ticket to submit your concern.
Lastly, you may click "Check Ticket Status" to check for updates on your concern. Our agents will reply to you as quickly as possible.
